Stiebel Eltron Tempra Trend Series Tankless Water Heaters
The new Tempra Trend Series replaces the Tempra (B) Series.
They offer all the same features as the old Tempra B series, with a new digital display, and a modern white powder-coated case.
The Stiebel Eltron Tempra Trend Series electric tankless water heaters are the most sophisticated thermostatically-controlled on demand, instantaneous water heaters available on the market today.
Stiebel Eltron Tempra Trend Series offers models ranging from 12 to 36 KW in power, to meet a wide range of point-of-use, whole house, as well as commercial applications. Each model features Stiebel Eltron's advanced microprocessor technology which constantly monitors the water flow rate and incoming water temperature and adjusts the power level to maintain a precise output temperature as selected by the user.
A simple adjustment dial on the front of the heater allows you to set the output water temperature to whatever temperature you desire between 86 and 140F (30 to 60C)[Note, maximum temperature setting on some models is 125F (52C)]. To learn more about what makes Stiebel Eltron tankless heaters superior to its competition, visit our comparison of tankless water heater technologies page.
Selecting a model for your application is largely dependent on your incoming water temperature, flow rate requirements, and what features you desire. Please view our Tankless Water Heater Model Selector Page for proper sizing information. The specifications of each Stiebel Eltron tankless water heater model is noted in the chart below - click on the name of the heater for more details.
Stiebel Eltron tankless water heaters are designed to completely replace a conventional hot water tank.

* Breaker size and wire gauge must meet all applicable local, state, provincial, and national electrical codes for your area - these are only guidelines that will apply to most installations. Some codes require use of electrical sub-panel for installation, especially when heater is not mounted within line-of-sight of the main electrical panel. Wiring should be sized to maintain a voltage drop of less than 3% under load. Please consult your electrician for more details.
