Shipping

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and service selected. Most orders are shipped no later than the next business day after your order is received and successfully processed. In rare cases, your order may take a few days to ship from our warehouse. If you ordered express shipping service, we will contact you if we are unable to ship within one business day.

If you are located in the USA, your package will be shipped from a warehouse in Wisonsin or Massachusetts via a major courier (usually UPS) unless otherwise requested. Regular (ground) shipping generally takes less than a week but can take up to 2 weeks during peak holiday shipping times or if you live in a rural area, although this is rare. Our express shipping option typically takes 2-3 business days. Overnight / Next Day shipping is available to most areas - please call us toll free at 1-877-374-2696 if your would like to schedule an overnight shipment or if you would like a rate quote.

If you are located in Canada, your package will generally be shipped from British Columbia via Canada Post (Expedited Ground), Purolator, or Greyhound Courier (door to door delivery) unless otherwise requested. Ground shipments take as little as 2 or 3 days to destinations in B.C. or 5 to 10 days in other provinces. Our express shipping option in Canada takes 1 to 2 days to reach destinations in British Columbia, or 2-4 days to most other provinces. Same day or overnight shipment is also available to most regions - please call us toll free at 1-877-374-2696 for a quotation.

Credit Card Processing and Taxes

Credit card charges will appear on your credit card statement under the name "E-Tankless Water Heaters." All orders for US$ customers are processed in US dollars. All orders for Canadian customers are processed in Canadian dollars.

There are no taxes charged to any customers in the USA or outside of North America. GST / HST, as applicable, applies to all shipments to Canadian addresses.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

By purchasing from GoTankless.com / E - Tankless Water Heaters Corp., you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, our product return policies, these terms and condition of sale, and that you have confirmed that your home has sufficient electrical service to operate your new tankless water heater, or that you have budgeted for any required upgrades that might be necessary.

Your purchase, and any and all disputes that may arise therefrom are to be governed and interpreted by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Accordingly, any and all disputes arising from this transaction may only be settled in a relevant court in the Province of British Columbia.

Prior to ordering, customers are responsible to ensure that the model they plan to purchase will meet their flow rate needs and that their home has sufficient electrical capacity to support the installation of the selected model (Electrical Requirements).

Stiebel Eltron Manufacturer's Warranty Information and Troubleshooting

All Stiebel Eltron tankless water heaters are carefully inspected and tested (for both heating performance and leaks) prior to leaving the factory to ensure that they conform to the manufacturer's standards.

MANUFACTURER'S RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL WARRANTY: STIEBEL ELTRON WARRANTS TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER THAT THE TEMPRA TANKLESS ELECTRIC WATER HEATER WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. SHOULD THE PART(S) PROVE TO BE DEFECTIVE UNDER NORMAL USE DURING THIS PERIOD, STIEBEL ELTRON, INC. WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE DETECTIVE PART(S) ONLY. STIEBEL ELTRON, INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LABOR CHARGES TO REMOVE AND/OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PART(S), OR ANY INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL EXPENSES.

THE OWNER SHALL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE DATE, AND TO PAY ALL TRANSPORTATION COSTS TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE PART(S) OR TANKLESS ELECTRIC WATER HEATER FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. WARRANTY IS VOID IF WATER HEATER HAS BEEN INSTALLED OR USED IMPROPERLY OR IF DESIGN HAS BEEN ALTERED IN ANY WAY.

If you are unable to reach us, you can call the manufacturer directly at 1-800-582-8423 (toll free) or 413-247-3380. If you are calling us, please have your original order reference number handy. If we are unable to diagnose and correct the problem, we will assist you by co-ordinating further testing, parts replacement, or product replacement with the manufacturer. Please note that we can only provide technical assistance to individuals and businesses who have purchased from us. If you purchased your water heater from another distributor or dealer, please call that distributor or the manufacturer for technical assistance.

Return Policy

Uninstalled units may be returned for a refund within 30 days of original purchase. A restocking fee of 20% and all original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Please see below regarding return procedure. If you are not able to install your unit within 30 days of purchase due to new home construction or renovation delays, we will generally grant an extension of up to an additional 60 days (90 days from purchase), however, it is critical that you call us in advance to receive approval (sorry, no exceptions).

Units that have been installed cannot be returned. In the unlikely event that a Stiebel Eltron tankless water heater does not satisfy your water heating needs, please call us immediately. In most cases, we can identify the problem and quickly solve it. Stiebel Eltron has an excellent technical support resources and warranty department that can resolve any technical problem.

Return procedure: It is important that you contact us in advance for a return address and Return Authorization Number (RA#) which we will use to properly credit your account when we receive the returned item. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs to return the product. Return shipments not clearly marked with a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) may be refused or not properly credited to your account. We recommend that all packages returned to us or the manufacturer be insured and that you obtain a tracking number from your shipping provider. We are not responsible for product lost or damaged while being returned to us for any reason. All refunds will be shown as a credit against the credit card to which the original order was charged. Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to be processed following receipt of your heater at our warehouse.
